I, ___________________________________________________, recognize the hazards associated with winter snow and ice, and mountainous terrain conditions both outside and inside the chalet and I am willing to accept these hazards as a condition for renting the chalet located on Sugar Mountain in Banner Elk, NC 28604. I hereby release the chalet owners of all responsibility for personal injury and/or damage to personal property while renting and/or residing at the chalet.
